Born Christchurch, raised Wellington, a decade in Brisbane, now fourteen years in Perth, and this city, on the edge of the world as it often seems, is everything I need it to be.

I am passionate about writing, I am passionate about the arts, and I am passionate about this city.

No photos of myself on the site, because the words, the artists, the venues, and the performances themselves are far more important. I’m noisy on various other socials, so I’m not hard to find, but the focus here is on the actual art.

I am a strong communicator, network with ease, and can happily write to any variation of word count, style guide, or deadline. I have cultivated a consistent, positive voice, and my copy is always of the highest quality.

For any piece I write up, I do my research beforehand, concentrate during, and bring my whole attention to the process.
